They’re known as volunteers, and they play an integral role in designing our success. We’re seeing more demand than ever for the straightforward savings and competitive loan products that are easily accessed and managed through Keep. That’s why we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers with a little spare time to help us keep things running well.

By giving just a few hours per month of your time, you’ll gain a lot in return.

You don’t need any special qualifications to become a volunteer. Willingness to get involved, enthusiasm to make a difference, and the ability to put forward your views and opinions articulately are advantages. Whatever your skillset and ambition, there’s a role for every Keep member willing to become a volunteer! We’ll provide training if you want it, and support will always be on hand to you from other volunteers.

You’ll be part of the decision-making process at board meetings. If you wish, you can attend all-expenses-paid training workshops, gaining skills that add great value to your CV.

I don’t have much spare time, will that matter?

No.  There a range of roles available and we will be happy to work with you to find a convenient time to suit.  A regular, monthly commitment is necessary, but most of the roles take only 2-3 hours each month.

I don’t have any experience of volunteering, what can I offer?

Enthusiasm to make a difference is all that matters.  No prior experience is necessary, support and training will be provided when necessary.  Whatever your skillset and ambition, your contribution will be warmly welcomed.  A diverse range of skills is involved, we’re sure there will be something to suit your interests.
